J.P. Feenstra graduated from Furman University, Greenville, SC, with a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art.

His agency experience includes two summers with a now-defunct Pennsylvania ad agency as first an intern then artist, and three years with Nazareth, PA agency Jangle AMC as a graphic designer and support technician.

For the past two years, he’s freelanced full-time for a variety of clients including Harvard University, Penske Truck Leasing and the Philadelphia Eagles.

In addition to his design work, J.P. maintains an active fine art portfolio, including painting, illustration, sculpture, photography and printmaking.

He’s an accomplished percussionist, regularly drumming with Reading, PA rock outfit The Flying Pigs. He also arranged and recorded much of the percussion score for composer Samuel B. Lupowitz’s rock opera The Handsomest Man in America, staying on as drummer/percussionist for the opera’s sold-out premiere at Genesius Theatre in Reading, PA in 2009.
